It is possible to transfer or assign the subscription to a new owner, depending on the circumstances. Please e-mail your request for Transfer and Assumption paperwork at Support@rhynofinance.com You will typically receive a response within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). Please be aware that the new owner will be assessed a $150 assumption fee that will be charged once the transfer takes place.
Subscriptions are non-cancelable agreements. At any time during the term of your subscription (before maturity of the initial term), you may contact Swoop Finance for a quote to buyout the remainder of your term at Support@rhynofinance.com and reference your Application Number. You will typically receive a response within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
  • Letter of Satisfaction of agreement paid-off (response within 24-48 hours excluding weekends).
  • Defective equipment if you have Replacement Warranty otherwise contact your payment partner directly
