RhynoFinance will speak directly with the merchant and partner to determine if there has been any type of fraud or misrepresentation. If during the investigation RhynoFinance determines there has been misrepresentation or fraud, the account will chargeback and the partner will be required to return the monies funded to them.
If a merchant fails to make their first 3 payments the partner will be required to return the monies funded to them. These funds will be direct debited from the account that is on file. If the partner has active contracts pending funding, the funding will be held from the future funding.
